We set them up in our Helm Control Panel which handles all
the settings, domain aliases, FTP and FrontPage
settings, email servers etc. If you want to back your
website up, we can give you the FTP password which you
choose. These websites are designed for
people who don't want the worry of setting up the
website, configuring the email or maintaining and
updating the website, but if you want a
more hands-on approach, we can give you access to your
Helm Control Panel ftp settings.
 WEB HOSTING
We buy hosting space
from WizzWoo for your website. WizzWoo use Chilled
Server to host all the websites and the Smartermail
email servers which can be accessed from any computer
anywhere. Chilled Server have backup
facilities but it is
important that you back up your website if possible just
in case there is a failure, an act of God or action by
hackers or by terrorists.
Windoweb cannot and will not accept responsibility for
lost website content if the fault is with Chilled Server
so please ensure you back everything up. |
