recognise that sometimes your computer does not behave
itself and it can be very difficult for the lay-person
to sort it out. That is why Windoweb have provided a
helpline with a qualified software engineer and computer
support expert who should be able to help you to solve
most problems.

Telephone help for up to one hour £30
If you would like to phone our expert on Skype (or
he can phone you) please download Skype below if you
don't have it installed. You will
have up to an hour of
advice for a one-off payment of £30. Before the call
takes place, please make sure that you are in front of
your computer and have full details of what you would
like to ask.
Email help for up to one hour £30
The
time accrues on this option. For example, if you have a
problem requiring several solutions to be tried and each
email answer takes our expert ten minutes to reply to
you, then you can have six emails. Please try to be very
precise when you write the emails as we have found that
a lot of the time can be wasted when our expert has to
ask several things to define a problem which you could
have given. Please try to specify:
* Which version of Windows are you using - 2000, XP,
Vista Home Edition? Or are you using an Apple Mac?
* How old is the computer and what is the specification?

* What have you tried already to fix the problem?
Remote access problem solving £35
There is no time limit on this because it involves
technical expertise and unspecified time but it is a
much quicker route as the computer expert takes over
control of your computer from his desk and sorts the
problem out as if your machine is in front of him. He
will explain to you
how you can give him access to your
machine.
